Paramount Real Estate has just updated their Property Management software.
The new system is 'Property Tree', Australia’s leading innovative cloud property management software. We have a software, Bricks & Agent, that will handle all our maintenance.
Our old software is being phased out making way for a more innovative property management software designed to increase our agency’s productivity and help tenants stay up to date with rents, arrears, maintenance etc.
For reporting maintenance please make sure your details are up to date with us so the system recognises who you are. You can follow the steps in the brochure below to report all maintenance issues to us.
